pantry & fridge make-over: Let’s go through your kitchen…take out what’s not serving you, and replace it with good, nutritious foods. This includes a trip to the market. FEE: $90

individual nutritional consultation: A one-hour session to review nutrition and health concerns. You’ll come away inspired, with tips and goals to keep you on track. FEE: $90

private cooking classes: In home cooking instruction for you and any guests you’d like to invite. Using fresh, high-quality, organic ingredients, we’ll create menus together that delight the senses and nourish our bodies. FEE: $90 with $10 for each additional guest
